Information about Michelle L'Don carrying on her mother's legacy

I remember hearing stories about my mother growing up in the little farming village of Altwiller in Alsace, France. She would talk about the remedies she grew up with and the knowledge of my grandmother’s garden through the healing plants.  I grew up with the saying let “food is your medicine” and this was an ongoing theme in our lives.
